It begins with the simple act of reading in the first person, words that your own mind hears as truth. With repetition and feeling, those words begin to reshape your patterns of thought and emotion from the inside out.
Each book is designed as a mirror for the reader, a direct experience of reflection and rewiring. You don’t study the text; you internalize it. Over time, that inner script becomes the way you think, speak, and live.
While the method begins with books, it doesn’t end there.
The InnerScript approach is expanding into new modalities that bring the same principles of awareness, repetition, and emotional resonance into daily life. Stay tuned!

I’m Jason Walters, creator of the InnerScript Method and author of How to Think Positive Thoughts.
I’ve been immersed in self-development for most of my life. For years, I wrestled with severe anxiety and negative thought patterns that dominated my mind. That struggle pushed me to dig deep into what actually works; not quick fixes, not spiritual jargon, but real methods that create change from the inside out.
I’ve practiced yoga for nearly twenty years and have spent extensive time studying breathwork and Pranayama under great teachers. I’ve lived and traveled throughout India and Asia, exploring how self awareness, discipline, and consistent practice can reshape a person’s life. I’m also a lifelong fitness enthusiast who believes the body, mind, and breath are inseparable parts of the same system.
My philosophy is simple: you have to do the work.
No guru, plant medicine, or secret technique can do it for you. There’s no shortcut to self-development, no external path to enlightenment. Real transformation happens when you train your mind with conscious repetition, strengthen your body with intention, and show up daily for your breath and thoughts.
The InnerScript Method was born out of this belief, that positive living isn’t something you learn from someone else. It’s something you build within yourself, word by word, breath by breath, day by day.
