About the InnerScript Method

Gold circuitry in the shape of a human brain symbolizing mindset reprogramming, reflection, and conscious thought for the InnerScript Method

The InnerScript Method is a structured approach to self improvement.

It focuses on three things: calming the nervous system, strengthening attention, and guiding your thinking and actions in a healthier direction. When your body is not constantly on edge, and your mind is not running unchecked, real change becomes possible.

InnerScript trains you to work with your inner voice instead of being controlled by it. You learn how to slow your physical stress response, notice your thoughts as they arise, and deliberately choose better ones. Over time, this changes how you respond to anxiety, burnout, money stress, relationship struggles, and other common challenges.

About Jason Walters

Jason Walters is a self-development author, breathwork and meditation practitioner, and founder of the InnerScript Method.

Through years of personal study, practice, and research into anxiety, depression, and the mind–body connection, Jason became deeply interested in how internal dialogue shapes emotional experience. After overcoming his own struggles with anxiety and depression, he began exploring the psychological and neurological mechanisms behind fear, stress, and recovery.

Drawing on extensive study in pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, and cognitive reframing, Jason developed the InnerScript Method, a practical system that combines ancient yogic practices with modern insights from neuroscience and psychology. His work focuses on helping people interrupt destructive thought patterns, regulate the nervous system, and develop healthier internal narratives.

Jason’s books blend research, lived experience, and practical techniques designed to help readers regain stability, clarity, and emotional resilience.

Based in California, he continues to study the relationship between breath, language, and consciousness while writing guides that make powerful mental health tools accessible to everyday readers.

His mission is simple: to help people step out of cycles of fear and reclaim a sense of calm, clarity, and control over their lives.
